An artistic journey between clay and sisterhood. Sisterhood is a social, ethical and emotional pact between women. It is knowing that together we are stronger, that emancipation is only possible by creating strong alliances. On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the birth of the SOS Donna association, the Faenza anti-violence centre is promoting an exhibition of ceramic tiles made by 40 local ceramists* on the theme of sisterhood, which will be displayed during Argillà and will become part of the URF Open-air Museum. The exhibition will be accompanied by collateral events: – Inauguration on Friday 30 August, 6.30 p.m. – greetings by the Associations and institutions, aperitif and concert ‘Women Talk’ by and with Silvia Valtieri and Sara Jane Ghiotti – Inauguration of the first tile on Saturday 31 August, 10.30 a.m. – at the Casa delle Associazioni (via Laderchi 3 Faenza) – Sunday 1 September, 6.30 p.m. – stand-up comedy show ‘Abbiate Fede’ by and with Fede Monroe
